No. Candidates will need to have a valid UAE residence Visas. This is important as we will likely need to issue a labour card for all temp employees.

The minimum required age to get a temp job is 18 years old as per the labour law and UAE government regulations. Candidates will need to be at least 18 years of age at the start date of the temp job

The duration of each job will depend on the requirement for each position, campaign, and company. The total job period (Start and end date) will be decided in advance, and the actual timings/shifts will be set ahead of the start date.

  • 1 hour break mandatory for every 9 hours of work
  • Break period not to be included in payment calculation
• Daily:
  • As per the UAE law, working day is considered with 8 working hours, or 9 hours with one hour break
  • Salary will be paid based on the worked days, and salary deductions can be calculated on missed hours
• Weekly:

  • Weekly rate is considered for 6 working days out of 7 days of the week

No. Giget will only host temporary jobs with duration up to 1 month

No. Most temp jobs will be either experience or skill-based. Employers might be seeking particular skillsets such previous experiences, spoken languages, etc.

The pay will vary depending on the employer offer and job type. Pay will start from AED 10 per hour.

Temp staff will typically get paid upon successful completion of the campaign/role. Payments will be released after the verification and approval of working hours, achieving targets, etc.

You will receive your payments either directly (through bank transfer to exchange house transfer), or directly through the app, where you will be able to either withdraw your balance directly into a bank account. You will also be able to use your funds using your Giget issued bank card.
